General Terms of Use and Sale

These terms govern access to CredoRisk and all services provided to professional users.
1. Company
CredoRisk is published by Finorys SAS (company ID 992 806 323, Béthune, France, contact@finorys.eu).
2. Services
Economic and financial information services: solvency reports, scoring, search, API, monitoring and compliance tools.
3. Acceptance
Any use implies acceptance of these terms and strictly professional use.
4. Account
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and follow usage rules.
5. Orders and subscriptions
Services may be offered per unit, by subscription, prepaid credits or API. Validated orders are binding.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are expressed in EUR excl. VAT unless stated otherwise. Late payment may trigger suspension, penalties and legal fees.
7. Authorized use
Data is for internal professional use only. Resale, republication or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
8. AI usage
AI usage is allowed only in secure internal contexts, without public model training or redistribution.
9. Sources
Data comes from public records, partners and analytical processing, and may change over time.
10. Liability
Best-effort obligation; business decisions and resulting risks remain under customer responsibility.
11. Availability
Continuous service availability is not guaranteed (maintenance, security, force majeure).
12. Intellectual property
Content, technologies and brands are protected; unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Personal data
Processing complies with GDPR. See the Privacy policy.
14. Confidentiality
Information exchanged remains confidential during and after the contractual relationship.
15. Termination
Suspension/termination may occur in case of fraud, non-payment, breach of terms or security risk.
16. Applicable law
French law applies; exclusive jurisdiction of Arras courts.
